Sponsored Residential Homes - The PHFS Sponsored Residential Services program connects individuals to a family that wants to provide services to individuals in their home. Presbyterian Homes oversees the supports provided by the family and is responsible for support coordination services.
PHFS currently has three sponsored residential homes in three locations in Virginia.
